Sofia and Spike were married for four years and were the first married couple to recieve each of them Oscar nominations for Best Director. They made a nice and creative couple but she is too sweet now with Thomas and their lovely family.

"It was pretty hectic because I was preparing to go to Cannes, trying to get the sound finished, and tasting wedding cake samples. But if you can do a movie, you can do a wedding. It's the same kind of thing: a production".
